Panasonic Launched "Radiant Cooling" Air-Conditioners
Panasonic launched the Elite Inverter Sky Series range of single split air-conditioners from 1hp-3hp in early March 2016. The working principle is based on the "Coanda Effect" which is similar to the natural cooling effect in the caves. The cooled air is directed to the ceiling and walls instead of towards the occupants.
In this way, the ceiling and walls will provide the radiant cooling effect and hence give better comfort to us. The occupants will not feel the discomfort of the chilled air blowing towards them. Other features include backlited remote control, dust sensor and sliding LED panel. See the video below.
